A gooey succulent sweet chicken sauce that is amazing with skinless chicken. Also delicious on spareribs or chicken cutlets. You can also marinate chicken cutlets in this sauce. Cover and bake at 350F for 15 minutes and uncover and bake an additional 5 minutes.
8 quarters of chicken
½ cup honey
½ cup ketchup
¼ cup soy sauce
¼ cup brown sugar
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
- salt and pepper
Skin the chicken. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place upside (face down) down on a baking pan.
Mix the honey, ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar and garlic to form the sauce.
Pour over chicken.
Bake at 350F for 1.5 hours uncovered.
You can prepare the sauce in advance. Refrigerate.
