The real secret to this delicious, light, moist, fluffy (you get the idea!!) cake is mixing the sugar/oil for at least ten minutes, and at least another five once the eggs are added. I know this recipe in my dreams by now, since as many times as I make it, my family requests it again... and again ... and again!!

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup Sugar










  • 1 cup oil










  • 4 eggs










  • 2 Tbsp vanilla sugar










  • ¼ cup coffee dissolved in ¾ cup hot water










  • 2¼ cup flour










  • ½ cup cocoa










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  1. Mix the sugar and oil on medium speed for 10-15 minutes.



  2. Add the eggs and vanilla sugar, and mix another five minutes.



  3. Add the coffee, and then slowly add the rest of the ingredients.



  4. Pour into a bundt pan and bake on 350 for 50-55 minutes.

to be very honest, i dont trust recipes. unless someone highly recoomends, i dont try a new recipes.
so after seeing the above comments+ high ratings i gave it a chance and baked a coffee cake LEKOVED SHABBOS AND ROSH CHODESH and it came out excellent!! thanks goldie!

This recipe has become a new favorite! The tip in the intro must of helped, it came out so fluffy, moist and high! Highly recommended, and don't forget the topping! yum!
