INGREDIENTS













  • 2 lb turnips (peeled and sliced, diced or chopped)










  • 14 oz coconut milk (sweetened)










  • 4 Tbsp unsalted butter or marg (melted_)










  • 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper










  • 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste










  1. Preheat oven to 350



  2. Peel and slice/dice/chop turnips and place them into a large bowl



  3. Add melted butter, coconut milk and spices



  4. pour mixture into your favorite casserole pan and bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
