This recipe was pulled out of a local community magazine. Easy, simple and tastes delicious! I love sesame chicken-what I don't like is all the steps you need to do. This recipe doesn't call for coating and frying the chicken and it's less fattening. That gave me all the reason to try it out. Went over very well with my family-no leftovers!!!

RECIPE
#8410
INGREDIENTS
12 chicken breast halves
1 cup honey
1 cup soy sauce
2 cup water
4 Tbsp cornstarch
1½-2 tsp ground ginger
1½-2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Cut chicken breast into strips or bite size pieces. Heat a non-stick skillet, sprayed with oil spray (pam), over medium heat. Cook chicken strips until no longer pink, about 10-15 minutes.
Mix together honey, soy sauce, water, ginger, crushed red pepper, and corn starch until smooth-no lumps remain.
Pour sauce mixture into chicken pot. Cover with lid and cook until sauce thickens-about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Simmer for 10 more minutes or until chicken starts to soak up the sauce. Before serving, sprinkle with some sesame seeds.
