
This recipe is from my sister in law. It comes out tasting delicious and looking professional. I always double it and freeze half the batter for those times when you just want a fresh homemade cookie. I also found this recipe to be a bit oily, so I reduce it to 3/4 of a cup of oil. As for creaming the eggs and sugars, I just beat the eggs and the regular sugar with a fork like scrambled eggs.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup brown sugar
¾ cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2½ cup flour
¾ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 cup chocolate chips
cream the eggs and the sugars
add everything but the chocolate chips and mix well.
add the chocolate chips,
roll into tablespoon sized balls
place balls onto greased cookie sheet
