
What makes this fish different from all others is that it has panko/ bread crumbs, which give the fish a wonderful crispy taste. Best of all, it's baked. Very easy recipe with 4 ingredients. My company loved this and I got many requests for the recipe. DELICIOUS!

INGREDIENTS
6 slices salmon steak or filet
- panko or bread crumbs
½ cup mustard
½ cup honey (season to taste)
⅛ cup chopped dill
Mix sauce together- mustard, honey and dill.
Place salmon on lined baking sheet. Brush with the sauce. Top with panko or bread crumbs.
Bake for 30-35 minutes on 375 until fish is cooked through. You can also broil the fish the last 5 minutes.
