What makes this fish different from all others is that it has panko/ bread crumbs, which give the fish a wonderful crispy taste. Best of all, it's baked. Very easy recipe with 4 ingredients. My company loved this and I got many requests for the recipe. DELICIOUS!

INGREDIENTS













  • 6 slices salmon steak or filet










  • - panko or bread crumbs










  • ½ cup mustard










  • ½ cup honey (season to taste)










  • ⅛ cup chopped dill










  1. Mix sauce together- mustard, honey and dill.



  2. Place salmon on lined baking sheet. Brush with the sauce. Top with panko or bread crumbs.



  3. Bake for 30-35 minutes on 375 until fish is cooked through. You can also broil the fish the last 5 minutes.

As I'm reading your recipe, I'm preparing my typical Wednesday night dinner: baked salmon with a honey mustard sauce. Tonight, though, I'm adding the panko flakes! Thanks so much for the new twist.
