
This is a quick, and easy dessert to make if you are getting unexpected guest. I always have people calling me for the recipe. It is not your typical chocolate/ cake typeof dessert, and is AlWAYS a hit! Its great served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and some crushed nuts or crunch on top. This freezes great, I always double the recipe!

INGREDIENTS
1 graham cracker pie crust
¾ cup light brown sugar
2 Tbsp margarine
1 Tbsp corn starch
1 Tbsp vanilla sugar
3 egg yolks
1½ cup cofee whitener
1 (8 oz) whip (small)
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Bake the pie crust for 10-15 minutes untill it is lightly browned.
Mix all of the ingredients besides for the whip , over a medium flame. Keep mixing untill it boils.
Pour into crust, cool.
Beat the whip in a mixer untill it is high andfluffy. Top over pie, finish off with nut crunch if wanted. Refrigerate.
