This fast and easy recipe makes 3 delicious cheese cakes that can be served as is or decorated with your choice of toppings. You can also use ready pie crusts to save time.
2 (14 oz) graham crackers, crushed
1 (4 oz) stick of butter or margarine
2 tsp sugar
4 (8 oz) whipped cream cheese
1½ cup sugar
1½ tsp vanilla sugar
Mix the first three ingredients and press into 3 round pie pans.
Mix the remainder of ingredients and divide into 3 pans.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden. Cool.
Optional Topping: Mix a 16 oz container of sour cream with 5 tablespoons of sugar and 1 tsp of vanilla sugar. Spread on top of cakes and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
