INGREDIENTS













  • 1 tsp oil










  • 1 onion, minced










  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced










  • 1 (15 oz) can vegetarian beans










  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained










  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained










  • 1-2 carrots, diced










  • 1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes










  • 1 pinch black pepper










  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes










  • ¼ tsp cumin










  1. Fry onion in oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.



  2. Add beans, carrots and tomatoes. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.



  3. Add black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin. Cook for an hour - increase heat if needed.
