INGREDIENTS
1 tsp oil
1 onion, minced
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 (15 oz) can vegetarian beans
1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained
1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained
1-2 carrots, diced
1 (15 oz) can stewed tomatoes
1 pinch black pepper
½ tsp red pepper flakes
¼ tsp cumin
Fry onion in oil until translucent. Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add beans, carrots and tomatoes. Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
Add black pepper, red pepper flakes, and cumin. Cook for an hour - increase heat if needed.
