Easy, quick and equally tasty. I make this every week and I keep getting asked for the recipe. It is delicious, nutritious and dietetic too!
You may need to vary the quantitites a little depending on the size of tomatoes and desired taste.
It is a large recipe so feel free to halve it.
6 Tomatoes, preferably soft
6 Cloves of Garlic
4 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
Peel the tomatoes and place in container together with all other ingredients.
Mix with hand blender until smooth. (You can choose to do this in the braun but not necessary)
Dip in and enjoy!!
