Broccoli12/15/10

Easy, quick and equally tasty. I make this every week and I keep getting asked for the recipe. It is delicious, nutritious and dietetic too!
You may need to vary the quantitites a little depending on the size of tomatoes and desired taste.
It is a large recipe so feel free to halve it.

Thanks for a fantastic recipe!!! It's light and not oily like the commercial dips. I just made it and I hope there will be some left for Shabbos because I'm just dipping nonstop.

Better than any store bought dip- loved it and it was very easy.

I made this dip last Friday and had company for the Shabbos meal. Everyone loved the taste; I didn't have any leftovers. The best part was that the kids ate it, they hate any kind of vegetable, I guess they forgot this dip is a vegetable- That's how good it was! I plan to make this dip all the time.
