This chicken is cooked in the broiler but tastes like it was made on a grill.

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 chicken, quartered










  • 1 tsp dry mustard










  • 1½ tsp worcestershire sauce










  • 1 tsp salt










  • ¼ tsp pepper










  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper










  • 2½ Tbsp vinegar










  • ¼ cup margarine, melted










  1. Put chicken skin side down in greased griller.



  2. Blend mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, vinegar and margarine into a sauce. Brush chicken with sauce.



  3. Broil 30 minutes. Baste chicken with sauce frequently. Turn chicken over, brush with sauce and cook another 15 minutes.
