This chicken is cooked in the broiler but tastes like it was made on a grill.
1 chicken, quartered
1 tsp dry mustard
1Â½ tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp salt
Â¼ tsp pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
2Â½ Tbsp vinegar
Â¼ cup margarine, melted
Put chicken skin side down in greased griller.
Blend mustard, worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, vinegar and margarine into a sauce. Brush chicken with sauce.
Broil 30 minutes. Baste chicken with sauce frequently. Turn chicken over, brush with sauce and cook another 15 minutes.
