INGREDIENTS













  • 4 cup flour










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 1½ sticks margarine










  • 2 tsp vanilla










  • ½ cup oil










  • 4 eggs










  • 1 cup orange juice










  • 4 tsp baking powder










  • 3 tsp flour










  • 6 Tbsp oil










  • 6 Tbsp cocoa










  • 6 Tbsp boiling water










  • 2½ cup confectioner's sugar










  1. Mix first five ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup to sprinkle on top of cake at the end.



  2. Add eggs, orange juice, baking powder, and extra flour.



  3. Pour batter into a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.



  4. Mix oil, cocoa, water, confectioner's sugar. Pour over cake and marbleize.



  5. Add crumb topping.



  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350.
