INGREDIENTS

4 slices salmon fillet

1 Tbsp brown sugar

1 Tbsp honey

2 tsp margarine

3 Tbsp Dijon mustard

1 Tbsp soy sauce

1 tsp olive oil

Heat the sugar, honey, and margarine in a small saucepan on low heat until melted. Remove from heat and mix in mustard, soy sauce, and oil.

Place salmon fillets on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.

Drizzle glaze over the fish and bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

I was just about to enter this recipe, when it came up as a similar recipe. The only difference is that I don't use margarine. I up the olive oil to 2 tsp. I mix everything together in a ziplock bag and marinade the salmon for 30 minutes. I then bake it covered for 30 minutes covered. Heaven!
