INGREDIENTS













  • 4 ripe avocados, scooped out and chopped










  • 2-3 garlic cloves, chopped fine










  • 1-2 tomatoes, chopped small










  • 3 Tbsp olive oil










  • 2 tsp lemon juice










  • ½ tsp salt










  • ¼ tsp pepper










  1. Mash avocados in a bowl.



  2. Add garlic and tomatoes, then drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.



  3. Season with salt and pepper.
