Green, creamy and garlicky, this mouth-watering spread works great as a started salad or as a dip for tortilla chips or crostini
4 ripe avocados, scooped out and chopped
2-3 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1-2 tomatoes, chopped small
3 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
Mash avocados in a bowl.
Add garlic and tomatoes, then drizzle over olive oil and sprinkle with lemon juice to taste.
Season with salt and pepper.
