Not only is this a healthy, light recipe, it's pretty as well. It is great to serve as a side dish next to any type of fish.

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 packs fresh mushrooms










  • ¼ cup sliced scallions










  • 1 clove garlic crushed










  • ¼ cup butter










  • ⅔ cup bread crumbs










  • ½ chedder or mozzarela cheese










  1. Wash the mushrooms well and separate the head and stem of each mushroom.



  2. In a frying pan, add mushroom stems, scallions, garlic, butter and bread crumbs.



  3. Cook until the stems are tender.



  4. Then add the cheese and cook until it melts.



  5. Stuff each mushroom head with the stem mixture.



  6. Place in a pan and bake at 425*F for 8-10 minutes.

This is a delicious, elegant and easy side dish. I made a fish for the main course and to keep the meal dairy I decided to make these heaven mushrooms for one of my side dishes. It definetly paid!!!
