INGREDIENTS













  • 1 can chickpeas, drain most juice










  • 1 Tbsp techina










  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice










  • 3 cloves garlic










  • ΒΌ cup olive oil, more if needed










  • 1 pinch hot sauce










  1. In a food processor, add all ingredient. To taste, add more lemon juice, hot sauce and oil for consistency. Serve with some oilve oil on top and a sprinkle of paprika to look pretty.
