A recipe for quiche that you can use with any veggies.
2 cup raw vegetables
2 large eggs
â…” cup milk
1 cup grated cheese
1 Tbsp flour
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 prepared crust
Saute the vegetables.
Preheat oven to 350F
Add flour until it is absorbed. put in a bowl.
Add eggs, milk, salt and pepper, and half cup cheese.
Pour batter into crust.
Sprinkle remaining half cup of cheese on top.
Bake on 350F for about half hour till light brown on top.
