I'm always looking for a new cheesecak recipe when Shavuos comes around. This was my latest find and it was delish.

INGREDIENTS













  • 10 oz cookies - crushed










  • 5 Tbsp butter










  • 7 oz frozen strawberries










  • 3 (8 oz) cream cheese










  • 1 cup sugar










  • 2 Tbsp flour










  • 3 eggs










  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice










  • 1 tsp vanilla










  1. Preheat oven to 350F.



  2. Mix first 2 ingredients and pat into baking pan, bake 8 minutes till golden.



  3. Blend strawberries and put aside.



  4. Blend cream cheese and sugar.



  5. Add flour, eggs, lemon juice, vanilla, 3/4 cup of strawberry mixture.



  6. Pour into crust and bake 1 hour 15 min till it puffs and cracks and middle is set.



  7. Top with melted jelly - blueberry or strawberry/
