This is probably my easiest recipe, just take out chicken from the freezer and sprinkle some spices. Its extremely crispy and goes great with sweet snap peas. No pachka and keeps my kichen clean.
4 chicken bottoms
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- italian seasoning
Place the chicken in a 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle all the spices on each side of the chicken bottoms
Do not cover. Place in the oven for 20 min. turn them over and bake an additional 20 min.
