My family loves this! We also make it into ice cream bars and dip them in chocolate. The hard part about dipping bananas in chocolate is that if you actually dip them, then the chocolate gets lumpy and you need to spoon the chocolate over it. If you have a better method, please share!

INGREDIENTS













  • 4 bananas










  • 1 chocolate (optional)










  1. Wait until your bananas are starting to brown. Peel and freeze them in a bag. Once they are frozen you can put them in a food processor and whip them up so they have a smooth and creamy texture.



  2. Sometimes i add coconut milk, vanilla bean shavings, or cocoa.



  3. You can add sprinkles, chocolate chips, etc. to have a really delicious and deceptively healthy treat.
