INGREDIENTS













  • 1 cup milk










  • 1 cup water










  • ¾ cup oil










  • 1 tsp salt, or to taste










  • 450 gram tapioca flour










  • ¼ cup parmigiana cheese










  • ½ cup mozzerella cheese, cubed










  • 6 eggs










  1. Simmer milk, water, oil and salt. Remove from heat just before it starts to boil.




  2. Combine with the tapioca flour. Stir in cheese.



  3. Add eggs one at a time.



  4. Roll into golf ball size balls. Bake at 350F until browned, between 20-25 minutes. Best served warm.
