
This cole slaw has a real bite! My favorite use for it is piling it up on sandwiches. It works especially well on turkey burgers and sliced smoked turkey cold cuts with sweet pickles added.

INGREDIENTS
2 cup shredded cabbage
½ tsp dried basil
½ cup mayonnaise
½ tsp red pepper flakes
1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp sugar
0 salt & pepper to taste
Combine cabbage and basil in a large bowl. Whisk mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, vinegar, mustard, and sugar together in a small bowl.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage, stirring gently to coat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
