This is a delicious & quick dessert that I often make for Shabbos. It can obviously be made milchig, substituting the Pareve cream cheese with dairy.
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 cup Pareve Cream Cheese or Sour Cream
1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
1 (8) oz. Container (Pareve) Rich's Whip)
¾ cup Confectioners Sugar
½ cup Chocolate Chips
½ tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
With a handheld mixer, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until smooth and well incorporated. Add the confectioners sugar, and beat another 30 seconds.
Slowly pour in the Rich's whip, and beat about 4 minutes until it becomes light and fluffy. Add the vanilla.
Fold in chocolate chips, & pour the mixture into the pie crust. Freeze.
