INGREDIENTS













  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar










  • 2 Tbsp honey










  • ΒΌ cup soy sauce










  • 2 tsp fresh chopped ginger










  • 2 tsp chopped fresh garlic










  • 2 Tbsp hot sauce










  • 0 pinch salt and pepper to taste










  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts










  • 1 Tbsp oil










  1. Mix together brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic and hot sauce in a small bowl.



  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken strips and brown on both sides, about 1 minute per side. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Simmer uncovered until the sauce thickens, 8 to 10 minutes.

i covered the chicken in flour with salt and pepper before i fried them. they were pretty good:)
