I got this recipe from my cousin who got it from a friend. Perfect for Friday night,

INGREDIENTS













  • 6-8 chicken quarters










  • 1 cup beer










  • ½ cup mustard










  • ½ tsp dried rosemary










  • ¾ cup honey










  • ¼ cup oil










  • 2 Tbsp onion powder










  • 1 tsp salt










  1. Combine all ingredients but the chicken.



  2. Pour sauce over the chicken.



  3. Cover and bake 350F for 2 hours.

is it ok to leave out the oil - i found it makes the gravy quite oily?

Don't leave it out completely. I would try using half the amount (2 Tbsp) if you think its too oily.

This chicken was so good! i served it friday night by the meal and all my guest said it deserves a 5 star rating!!
it was very different from my regular apricot chicken.
i will most definetly serve it again!
