You can make this Pareve Cheese cake with a Gluten free crust if you like.
1 Extra Large Egg
2 (8 oz) Packages of Tofutti Cream Cheese
1¼ Tbsp Heavy Cream (we don’t use this but it would probabl)
1 Tbsp Freshly Grated Lemon Zest
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
½ cup Unrefined & Unbleached Sugar
Heat oven to 350°F.
Soften cream cheese in a medium bowl.
Beat sugar, eggs, heavy cream, vanilla and grated lemon zest in a small bowl.
Add beaten mixture to cream cheese and mix all together until well blended.
Spread into Wholly Wholesome crust.
Place in oven on center rack and bake for 40 minutes or until center sets.
Cool on wire rack for 30 minutes.
Cover & refrigerate for 2 hours or until chilled before serving.
