When you have a lot of leftover rice, this is a great way to use up all that rice!
2-4 cup cooked rice
1 diced onion
1 cup frozen peas
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp minced ginger
1 oz Optional tofu or shredded chicken
1 pinch salt
Dice the onion and saute it in olive oil in a large frying pan.
Add your already cooked rice and the liquids.
Add the peas and dry spices, mixing well.
Feel free to add shredded chicken or tofu if you would like to make this a one pot dish!
