INGREDIENTS













  • 10 oz Frozen Strawberries










  • ½ cup sugar










  • 2 egg whites










  1. Whip the egg whites with the sugar (in a food processor) until stiff peaks form



  2. Add the frozen strawberries.



  3. Mixture should be thick and creamy. If needed, add a few drops of water to make the dessert even fluffier. Enjoy and store in an airtight container.
