INGREDIENTS













  • 3 eggs










  • ¼ cup coconut oil










  • 2 bananas










  • 3 pitted dates










  • ¼ cup coconut flour










  • ¼ tsp salt










  • ½ tsp baking soda










  • ½ cup chocolate chips gluten free










  1. Place eggs, oil, sugar, and dates in a food processor.



  2. Add in coconut flour, salt and baking soda and blend until smooth.



  3. Fold in chocolate chips.



  4. Scoop ¼ cup batter into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve.
