A Yummy Gluten Free treat for breakfast or dessert.
¼ cup coconut oil
3 pitted dates
¼ cup coconut flour
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp baking soda
½ cup chocolate chips gluten free
Place eggs, oil, sugar, and dates in a food processor.
Add in coconut flour, salt and baking soda and blend until smooth.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Scoop ¼ cup batter into lined muffin tins. Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes. Cool and serve.
