These are the up and coming delicious macarons! They are hard to make but the results are incredibly delicious.
It is best to have the eggs out for 2-3 hours before beating them

INGREDIENTS













  • 2 egg whites










  • 1 cup powdered sugar










  • 3 Tbsp cocoa










  • ½ cup ground almonds










  1. Process almonds and powdered sugar together till it is VERY fine



  2. Beat whites then slowly add the rest of ingrediants



  3. Make circles on parchemnt paper and bake in the oven at 350 for 13 minutes
