INGREDIENTS













  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips










  • ½ cup water










  • 2 Tbsp margarine










  • 3 Tbsp oil










  • ¾ cup cocoa










  • ½ cup sugar










  1. Mix ingrediant over low flame.



  2. Dip cooled cupcakes into glaze.



  3. Decorate with nuts sprinkles or a white drizzle.
