INGREDIENTS













  • 2 cup sugar










  • 2½ cup flour










  • 2 tsp baking powder










  • 6 eggs










  • ½ cup water










  • ¼ cup orange juice










  • 1 tsp vanilla extract










  • ¾ cup oil










  1. Mix the dry ingredients.



  2. Add to rest of ingredients.



  3. Place into mini cupcake foils and bake for 12-15 minutes at 350F.
