
I make this salad once a week, besides the fact that its very healthy and adds color, its delicious and a perfect side dish.
(Be sure to wear gloves and use a cutting bored)

INGREDIENTS
5 medium beets
1 large onion
⅓ cup viniger
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
- Tbsp sugar to taste
Peel the beets cut them in half.Cook in pot of water till it get soft. Once its soft close the flame, let the beets cool and start cutting thin slices in moon shape.
Put in a bowl, cut the onion in thin slices add to bowl with rest of ingredients, mix well.
