This is a real easy dessert to prepare. I dont even use homemade ice cream. I buy dairy or parve ice cream,depending on when I need the dessert for.
56 oz vanilla ice cream
3½ cup crushed cornflakes
7 oz melted chocolate
⅔ cup peanut butter
Defrost ice cream in a bekele or container.
Put cornflakes in a zip-lok bag and crush well.
Melt chocolate and peanut butter,in microwave or double boiler.
Mix the melted choc. and p.b. together with the crushed cornflakes,into the defrosted ice cream.
Freeze and serve.
