INGREDIENTS













  • 3 eggs










  • 2 cup sugar










  • 1 cup oil










  • 2½ tsp baking soda










  • 2½ tsp hot water










  • 2 bananas










  • 1 cup water










  • 2½ cup flour










  1. beat eggs and sugar



  2. add oil and mix well



  3. mix in baking soda and hot water



  4. add eggs



  5. mix bananas in



  6. add remaining ingredients and mix for another minute



  7. bake 1 hour on 350

I had four overly ripe bananas on my counter that I knew no one would eat anymore. I wasn't sure if a banana cake would be eaten, but I figured it'll at least look more appetizing. Well, to my surprise it was so easy to make and came out really fluffy and delicious! Everyone had a piece!
