This is a super easy recipe that I always think of when it gets cold outside. My family kept them in the freezer, so I like them cold–but others like them at room temperature (you can store them either way). You can also add peanuts or other nuts as you like, and make these parve or dairy. They don't last long in our house, though!

INGREDIENTS













  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips










  • 12 oz butterscotch chips










  • 6 oz milk chocolate chips










  • 15-20 oz chow mein noodles










  1. Melt the chips in a microwave safe bowl (in 30 second bursts) or a double boiler.



  2. Stir in about 2/3 of noodles until coated, adding more as needed.



  3. Using two spoons, form the haystacks and put on a baking sheet.



  4. Chill until set and eat!
