Fish that tastes just like barbecue! This sticky coating also works great on chicken or spare ribs. Just pour over any raw chicken or meat rib and bake at 350 till done.
6 Large pieces of ready breaded fish (flounder or tilapia)
¾ cup Apricot jam
¾ cup Ketchup
¾ cup Teriyaki sauce
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Ginger
1 Tbsp White vinegar
- Red chilli pepper (optional)
Cut the fish into bite size nuggets.
Quick fry the nuggets for about 2 min on each side till the breading is crispy brown. Place in a 9 by 13 baking dish.
In a small bowl blend together the rest of the ingredients.
Pour over the semi fried fish and bake in the oven for 15 -20 mins.
The fish is ready when the coating has thickened over the nuggets.
