A moist, delicious tasty treat that kids and adults enjoy. It is very quick and easy to prepare-my children love to bake them themselves. It's the perfect recipe that can be used for all different occasions. Serve them warm with a spoon of ice cream on the side. All I can say is Yum!

INGREDIENTS













  • 3 cup brown sugar










  • 3 cup flour










  • 4 eggs










  • 1⅓ cup oil










  • 3 tsp baking powder










  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar










  • ¾ cup dark chocolate chips










  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips










  1. Combine all ingredients beside for the chocolate chips in mixer. Mix until smooth. Add chocolate chips in mixture for one quick mix.



  2. Spread mixture in a cookie sheet pan, lined with parchment paper. Mixture is a little hard to spread, so use a spatula or spreading tool.



  3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Check at 20 minutes. Cake hardens after it's out of oven. Cake should be chewy- don't let it burn.
