I'm crazy about this salad and can't make it often enough. Try making the salad with duck or meat instead of salmon; the results are fantastic. For a nicer presentation, you can cut the salmon into cubes instead of fillet strips.

I just made the salad (and left out the fish) and it was a huge hit. The wine gives it a slightly different flavor that made for a delicious dressing. Thanks for sharing.

Absolutely divine dressing. I am having company over tonight, so I made the salmon salad. My family just tasted it and gave it 6 stars. I will definetly use the recipe again and again. The dressing is so tasty that I plan to incorporate into my other salads; I will also try it with meat like suggested.
