  • - pinch Salt

  • - pinch Pepper

  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 2 tsp Sugar

  • 250 ml Heavy Cream

  1. Cook up the pasta in a pot with water and a drop of salt and oil.( so pasta should not be dry)

  3. Add the tomato paste and all the spices, mix well.

  4. Wait until it gets really hot and add the heavy cream let bubble for a minute and shut the flame.

I love this easy recipe for a quick milichig supper! However, a friend told me about a trick to make this even easier: use pizza/marinara sauce instead of the tomato paste and all the seasonings. Of course you can add extra seasoning to taste.
