This is a yummy, healthy and easy one-bowl recipe that makes a great dessert (served cold) or side dish (served warm).
â…“ cup oil
â…“ cup honey
Â½ cup oats
Â½ tsp cinnamon
4-6 apples, cubed or sliced.
Peel and core the apples. Cube or slice them.
Mix all ingredients together in one bowl.
Bake in a 9x13 lined with parchment paper on 350.
Serve in cupcake holder for a pretty presentation. Do it right before serving because the cupcake holders will lose shape from the oil.
