INGREDIENTS













  • 7 oz dark chocolate










  • 5 oz slivered almonds










  • 3 oz dried cranberries










  1. Place chocolate in a microwave-safe mixing bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate melts, stirring every 15 seconds.



  2. Add cranberries and almonds to melted chocolate, stirring to coat.



  3. pread mixture evenly on a jelly-roll pan lined with nonstick foil or parchment paper; freeze 1 hour or more.



  4. Break into pieces. Store in fridge or at room temperature, in an airtight container.
