Quick, easy, yummy, and sorta healthy - dark chocolate has antioxidants, cranberries have vitamin C and fiber, and almonds have protein. "Cook time" is freezer time.
7 oz dark chocolate
5 oz slivered almonds
3 oz dried cranberries
Place chocolate in a microwave-safe mixing bowl; microwave at HIGH 1 minute or until chocolate melts, stirring every 15 seconds.
Add cranberries and almonds to melted chocolate, stirring to coat.
pread mixture evenly on a jelly-roll pan lined with nonstick foil or parchment paper; freeze 1 hour or more.
Break into pieces. Store in fridge or at room temperature, in an airtight container.
