Easy breakfast shake that is yummy and healthy for kids too. best if you have a vitamix blender. I like to also add hemp, chia, or other veggie protein. Also change up the fruits but keep the banana for creamy-ness

INGREDIENTS













  • 1 banana










  • 1 cup almond, soy, or coconut milk










  • 1 cup any kind of berry (better frozen)










  • 2 cup whole leaf FRESH spinach










  • 1 cup water










  1. put in wet ingredients first



  2. put in the rest of the ingredients



  3. blend until smooth and creamy. Eat!
