Easy breakfast shake that is yummy and healthy for kids too. best if you have a vitamix blender. I like to also add hemp, chia, or other veggie protein. Also change up the fruits but keep the banana for creamy-ness
1 cup almond, soy, or coconut milk
1 cup any kind of berry (better frozen)
2 cup whole leaf FRESH spinach
1 cup water
put in wet ingredients first
put in the rest of the ingredients
blend until smooth and creamy. Eat!
