The absolute best tasting, finger licking, easiest, no fuss recipe ever. Always a hit with famly and guests. Any cut of meat works well. I used flanken meat with bones, since this is my family's favorite. It tastes great with spare ribs too. I like to serve this Friday night or for special occasions.

INGREDIENTS
6-8 pieces flanken meat with bones
1 large onion
- salt and pepper to taste
1 cup meat juice
1 cup ketchup
1 cup brown sugar
Slice onion and put on bottom of roaster pan. Place meat on top. Season with salt and pepper. Cover tightly and bake for 2 1/2 hours on 350.
Remove meat from pan, discard onions. Strain 1 cup of juice from the meat pan. Mix this in bowl with the ketchup and brown sugar until smooth and saucy.
Place meat in a clean roasting pan. Pour the sauce mixture over the meat. Cover and bake for another 20 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 10 minutes. This freezes very well.
