INGREDIENTS













  • 16 oz coffee whitener










  • 3 Tbsp flour










  • ½ cup sugar










  • ½ cup peanut butter










  • ⅔ cup chocolate chips










  • 16 oz whip










  • 2 pie crusts










  1. Boil the coffee whitener. Add the flour and mix until smooth.



  2. Add the sugar and remove from the flame.



  3. Add the peanut butter and mix well.



  4. Remove 1/5 of this mixture and set aside in the fridge.



  5. Add the chocolate chips to the remaining peanut butter mixture and stir until the chocolate has melted.



  6. Pour into the pie crusts and put in the freezer to set.



  7. Once the pies have set, beat the whip with the reserved 1/5 of peanut butter and pour over the hardened chocolate.



  8. Put it back in the freezer to reset.

If you like peanut butter ice cream- this is a sure hit! I made this once for a table full of guest on Friday night, and practically everyone was asking for doubles! I love it because this recipe makes two pies, I serve one that week and the other stays in the freezer till the next time I need it- or rather till someone chances upon it in the freezer and nibbles at it piece by piece. I pour on top of it caramel suace, or chocolater syrup.( not a lot) ENJOY!
