creamy alfredo sauce with no heavy cream!
1 lb pasta
1 (15 oz) mushrooms
4 oz cream cheese
8 oz sour cream
½ cup milk
Cook fettuccine (or any pasta) al dente according to package instructions.
Saute onion and can of mushrooms. (You can also substitute fresh mushrooms.)
Add cream cheese, sour cream and milk and mix. Cook until creamy.
Add salt, pepper and garlic according to taste.
Mix with pasta and enjoy!
