These cookies can be made with butterscotch chips, chocolate chips or both. I recently made them with both and the results were.......mostly gone!
Â½ cup oil
Â¾ cup sugar
Â¾ cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1Â¼ cup flour
Â½ tsp cinnamon
Â½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 cup oats
1Â¾ cup butterscotch/chocolate or both chips
Mix the oil and sugars in a large bowl.
Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.
Combine all the dry ingredients and gradually add them to the oil and sugar mixture.
Stir in the oats and chips and form balls and place them on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes at 350*
