This is a beautiful and refreshing soup for a simcha or yom tov. Very easy to make ahead of time and freezes well. For an added touch of elegance, pour some soup into a chocolate mold (I made roses), freeze, and add ice cubes to soup just before serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 bag of frozen strawberries
1 sugar, to taste
1 pinch lemon juice (to keep soup fresh)
1 bag of frozen mango
1 orange juice
Allow frozen fruits to defrost (or at least enough to be able to puree)
In food processor, mix together strawberries, dash of lemon juice, and sugar, to taste. Optional: white wine
Pour into storage container
In food processor combine mangos and orange juice. Try to match consistency of strawberry soup
Pour into separate storage container and refrigerate both batches until ready to serve
To serve, use two ladels and pour into bowl at same time so that bowl is 1/2 strawberry, 1/2 mango. You can swirl it around with a knife if you want to create interesting designs. Add fruit ice cube if desired.
