This a really good schnitzel with a sweet sauce!!

INGREDIENTS

4 pieces schnitzel

2 eggs

½ tsp salt

1 cup corn flake crumbs

2-3 diced onions

3 pieces of garlic

½ cup boiling water

½ cup ketchup

¾ cup brown sugar

1 tsp soy sauce

mix eggs and salt and dip snitzel into it.

then dip the snitzel into the cornflake crumbs. Spray the pan and place the snitzel in it. Bake for 25 minutes on 350 uncovered.

saute the onions and garlic in frying pan.

when golden brown mix in the boiling water, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. when boiling turn off.

when schnitzel is done pour sauce over the schnitzel and bake covered for additional 10 minutes on 350.

Great delicious supper. My children loved the sweet sauce and couldn't get enough of it. They dipped their french fries into the sauce instead of ketchup. Once I started making it I realized I make a very similar sauce for my sesame chicken, so thanks for sharing a different way to make the chicken.
