This is my sister's famous cholent. From what her neighbors, guests, not to mention family, of course, say... and in my own opinion - this is the best cholent on the planet! especially if you don't like beans in your cholent. the flanken meat is a must, it just doesn't taste the same without it. Go easy on the cayenne pepper, or your mouth will be on fire.
